“Cleaned up my computer of all viruses/malware, corrupt files, etc. A complete PC clean tune up which took about 1-1/2hrs. Very happy with the results. Both customer service and technician were very professional and awesome! Will use them again.”

“the licence key is being requested twice, and after copy/paste it says that it's not valid - and starts the analysis again. I tried five times. frustrating.”

To complete a repair using the free manual license key: > Once the scan is done, scroll down to the bottom of the results where you see the "I have a license key" box. Enter the free manual license key including the dashes, then click OK. > Click on the "Repair" button for each item found. Once all items are repaired, it will ask to restart the PC to apply the changes. > A manual license key can only be used once.
