“The last week has been very tiringh .But your staff especially Albert Ariane Tina and today Jay have worked 200% to restore my computer so that I can continue with my work. Jay was especially helpful to day it doing the final restoration od my computer . All of your staff are especially polite. The only suggestion I have is that when your tecnitians come back on line could they please call rather than just put a message in the box, The other day one of you staff temporarily signed out and when he cam back put a message in the screen box and I did not see it for about 15 min as I was waiting away from my computer. Also on one occasion one tecnition terminated without telling me and I sat at my computer waiting for confirmation Could I suggest that all tecnitions do as Jay did today and call to make a final check that all outstanding issues have been resolved, Once again thank you for you wonderful service. Please give Jay a PAY RAISE he deserves it for assisting a 78 year old techno illiterate,”

“Very courteous and professional personnel. They explained each step and allayed my concerns. My only negative is the cost was higher than I expected, but the problems and issues with my computer were more severe than I expected.”
