“still no reply from the service team. sent two emails and rang the help line, just get "number not in use". They sent an automated email saying I'm not a customer! I've paid my money but still not received a key number! is this a scam?”

“Tried calling the number but was told it didn't exist and all the other numbers listed here. Key code never came through by email but money taken from account! unable to contact anyone.”
