“They took the money out of my account for my second year and now they are asking for a code. This is not what I was expecting and so disappointed. Considering they have my email, software already being used, emailed receipt, experts in fixing your computer makes life difficult as a world leader of internet system repair solutions. I will use a local person I can see and trust.”

It seems that you are trying to run the manual repair using the free license key. To use the manual license key: > Once the scan is done, scroll down to the bottom of the results where you see the "I have a license key" box. Enter the license key including the dashes, then click OK. License key: > Click on the "Repair" button for each item found. Once all items are repaired, it will ask to restart the PC to apply the changes. Note: If you intend to use the free manual license key, do not click on "Fix All Items". Clicking on "Fix All Items" will route you to the pricing page as the automatic repair requires a paid license key. We hope this answers your concern for today.
