“I paid for renewel and and I haven't been given credit for it. Every time I try to run the program, I am told to pay again and that I need a "key" to enter and unlock the program. HELP!!”

“it took well over 30 min to sign up for servive, Then I wass passed to 3 different techs. Thankfully Eunice was on it and took care of everything. Give her a raise!”
