“I have always been happy with the service from the Tech Support who are very patient, and competent. The system needs a better solution to contacting an engineer who is working on your computer but the communication pad is not available.”

“I like the fact that they can resolve PC issues remotely and they offer annual packages that can keep your PC working in top form. The customer support and technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly.”

“have'nt used my computer since it was fixed but the service i got is 100% and i'm sure my computer will be running like new”
