“I have put my key into the box, pressed repair and it keeps going to pricing. have paid for the key twice £25.50 and £25.50, once with PayPal and once with my bank account, Either it works or it doesn't either way I require at least one payment returned to me, or a complete REFUND”

“Alberto DG solved my problem with diligence and a good attitude towards the customer. Part of the problem included losing control of my keyboard and mouse and Alberto took the trouble to call me and the initial problem explained and subsequently resolved. This is singular as it did not happen the last time I contacted Resolvo. Full marks to Alberto”
