Hi Joe, Thank you for bringing this up to our attention. We apologize if you are having difficulties using the software. It seems that you are trying to run the manual repair using the free license key. To use the manual license key: > Once the scan is done, scroll down to the bottom of the results where you see the "I have a license key" box. Enter the license key including the dashes, then click OK. License key: > Click on the "Repair" button for each item found. Once all items are repaired, it will ask to restart the PC to apply the changes. Note: If you intend to use the free manual license key, do not click on "Fix All Items". Clicking on "Fix All Items" will route you to the pricing page as the automatic repair requires a paid license key. We hope this answers your concern for today.
