“I contacted Reimage because my computer had been hacked. I received threatening messages by phone, text and email. I forwarded the email to Reimage and the representative was excellent. She calmed me down and set up a plan to resolve my concern. We had a couple of sessions during which she cleaned up my computer, found and moved several unwanted items, helped me change my primary passwords, and installed AdBlock. She was very patient with an old geezer who is often forgetful. Sydel was very helpful and I am very grateful.”
