“I was favorably impressed at the speed and skill at which my Reimage tech representative resolved some issues with my rather complex PC system. I purchased an extended service package, and look forward to periodic, needed maintenance of my PC.”

Salut Claude, Merci d'être passé et d'avoir laissé un commentaire positif. Il semble que vous essayez d'exécuter une réparation manuelle à l'aide de la clé de licence gratuite. Pour utiliser la clé de licence manuelle: > Une fois le scan terminé, faites défiler vers le bas des résultats où vous voyez la boîte "J'ai une clé de licence". Entrez la clé de licence avec les tirets, puis cliquez sur OK. Clé de licence: > Cliquez sur le bouton "Réparer" pour chaque élément trouvé. Une fois tous les éléments réparés, il vous demandera de redémarrer le PC pour appliquer les modifications. Remarque: Si vous avez l'intention d'utiliser la clé de licence manuelle gratuite, ne cliquez pas sur «Fix All Items». En cliquant sur «Réparer tous les éléments», vous serez dirigé vers la page de tarification car la réparation automatique nécessite une clé de licence payante. > La clé de licence manuelle est valable pour une utilisation unique. Nous l'avons réactivé à nouveau par courtoisie pour que vous essayiez à nouveau d'exécuter la réparation. Nous espérons que cela vous aidera!
