“We were under the impression that when we changed to Hawaiian Telcom, we would be covered by Reimage. Now I am asked to pay an additional fee for a one time repair. How many times am I expected provide my password, credit card number, etc.?”

“After Microsoft was unable to resolve my problem - after 2 hours, I went to the reimage web site. Anne (the first person I talked with) was excellent. Anne was professional, friendly & easy to understand. After showing me the MANY problems affecting/infecting my computer, & me agreeing on a service, she turned me over to Jelvy. Jelvy had me online for just a few minutes, and then she went to fixing all the issues while I went on about my business. When I was back on the line, EVERYTHING worked! These people know computers and don't make you feel totally inept. I feel the price is right for their knowledge and ability to fix computer problems the first time.”

“A few nights ago I had a problem with the windows update, a great and respectful guy, helped me so much. He knew his job, was polite (Which may I add is a rarity today) and respectful. TYRONE is a credit to your company so don't lose him YOURS with respect. Mr G”
