First I would like to say that working with me on the phone is not easy. I am a cancer survivor and do not talk normally now. But both agents I had to "talk" to were very patient.. This is unusual for sure. I was a little unsure for the first few minutes. But all went well. I have not had the opportunity to check my entire computer., but have checked the e-mail account and that was fine.

die schlechteste Seite, da es keine einfache Möglichkeit gibt einen Lizenzschlüssel für die Verlängerung eingeben zu können. Es wird nur immer wieder die Verkaufsseite geöffnet. 3Lizenezen wurden vor Ablaufwarnungen schon gekauft. Des weiteren besteht keine Möglichkeit der Sprachumstellung.

I found Reimage to be helpful, friendly and fully knowledgeable in the proper service of my p.c.'s windows programs. I was 100% satisfied with every aspect, including the customer service, the price for that service, and most importantly was how I was feeling about the entire transaction between my needs and their abilities and how quickly the tech's were able to find, discuss, and repair my p.c.'s issues.They also took time to answer all of my questions thoroughly.

Sydell was the best rep I ever had on my computer she organized my files which was a mess she installed Grammarly on my system she showed me how to install graphs on my complicated system she was outstanding I LOVED HER NEED TO BE PROMOTED IMMEDIATELY!

Alberto DG was great and really new his stuff. The other technicians were good too. Only hiccup was that I was not told that the installation of Windows 10 would result in me looking all the programmes off my computer. Also the last call back started 10 minutes late, But overall a great service!
