LMY-620-24692 Was of great assistance to me. If check notes and recording gentleman prior didn't do his job, He was more interested in getting additional money from me. When couldn't said Goodbye quickly and hung up. Reinalyn V helped to finish his job and beyond. Thank you Lisa

Reimage MAY have helped on my first scan. HOWEVER, THEY DID NOT HONOR THE ONE-YEAR LICENSE I HAD PURCHASED. WHILE THERE WERE DAYS REMAINING ON THE LICENSE, REIMAGE SAID MY KEY WAS INVALID AND REFUSED TO RUN A REPAIR!

After doing my monthly clean-up, Halston A called to check back. Everything he did was fine, but a Norton Password Manager was installed this afternoon that was locking me out of everything because it didn't recognize my email address. My Norton service comes with Xfinity, which is included with my rent. I spent over an hour with Norton trying to resolve this, and they couldn't do anything. Halston disabled the Norton Password Manager, & that solved the problem.
