They have always been very helpful & have a great tool to reimage my PC back to a stable state, I have had that for years. But today I purchased additional protection from ad-ware, and they did an exhaustive scan & clean of my computer. I am very happy with the results, and they provided me with a written guarantee and extended protection service. Can't beat their service.

The technician fixed the malware problems, removed junk files and optimized the PC so it would operate faster all while I took my nap.

I can now see my e-mail which is important for me as I need to connect with several people I was ready to suspend this service as I had a lousy technician yesterday who didn't resolve the problem.

I have used Reimage three times, once in 2018 when I got the dreaded the screen of death and twice in 2019. The first time in 2019 was due to a nasty virus and adware. The second time was just general maintenance. the computer was running fine but I had paid for the service so I thought that I should use it. The customer service is good, they are patient with people like me who do not totally understand what is happening. They are a little on the expensive side. But I don't need to pack up the computer and take it anywhere not do I need to have a repair person come to the house and hang out here while they are running the various programs. I will more than likely renew my subscription when it expires,

I had to remind you to fix the Google script connection problem which should have been done in the cleanup. I like your survey, but all the various services(VPN.etc.) were not well explained to me. I suggest sending new customers a written pamphlet of the various services and their prices and duration for the price so they will have a permanent record of all the details, which can be confusing.
