“My printer got to where it wouldn't print I did everything I knew to do. The only thing is that I called earlier on Saturday and picked the option of being called back, I never got a call so I called Reimage back this time my printer was fixed. I so appreciate the work that it took to get it up and running.”

“The problem was explained in detail to include the need for system engineer support to fix some problems. The system engineer Manual T was very efficient and fixed the problem after checking everything . Finished in less time than quoted.”

“Maricar did an excellent job. I started the job at 11 PM my time. Maricar B Called me at 7 PM the next day, but I was still working in the garden. She called a 8 PM. She explained every thing I needed to know. MOST IMPORTANT, Maricar's English is PERFECT. I never once had to ask her repeat something.”
