“Initially the process using the telephone was extremely frustrating because of poor lines and establishing any connection. Moving to CHAT proved to be much more successful and really got things sorted for me. I would recommend this service particularly for someone like me who has a disability and I live in an area with poor transport so it is difficult for me take my computer to a repair shop. Many thanks for your help and I now feel more confident in accessing your service in future.”
