“My computer appeared to be slow so I purchased a 1 time repair from Reimage yesterday. When I opened my computer this morning my issue was worse. Programs that I was able to open before using Reimage are now not responding. I have a cloud backup which I was hoping to use to restore my files to a period before using Reimage but that will not open also. When running my virus software there were close to 4000 treats detected. These were not there before Reimage. I had one of their techs remote access to my computer but he could not resolve my issue. They did say they would refund my payment but what started out as a speed issue has now turned into a major problem. I would just be careful using this companys products”
