“I've been an old user of Reimage for years and so far satisfied but this time have a problem with the service renewal as on April 30, 2021, to my surprise, my credit card was charged an annual service fee of $39.95 by PADDLE.NET*REIMAGE, and today when using Reimage to refresh my PC I got a notice that my license expired and I'am requested to pay?”

“I have used reimage to sort out various problems over 4 years now. Today the technician found further problems which went back over 8 months,.( It was explained to me that this was not to do with the area that is usually maintained) I agreed to a new contract and was given a 'senior' price. Cleansing the computer of this problem took several hours and now speed has increased and I will have a new anti virus installed.”
