“I have had difficult issues with e-mail, microsoft outlook, sound issues, multiple issues. Each time Reimaging technicians have solved the issues. We renewed our contract with Reimaging. I only trust this firm to fix the issues that confront us with viruses, worms and hacking attempts. 5 Stars for sure.”

“customer service has been excellent. Robin and Jay were very supportive and helpful explaining the process. For me its easier to have the online service as I have a computer tower. the cost for a three year contract is good value. Knowing i have regular online support has given me confidence that my computer is free of viruses and other issues.”

“Reden was able to restart my printer as well has eliminate viruses which had been installed on my computer unbeknownst to me. His efforts have saved me a lot of time and trouble had have allowed me to get back to normal. Thank you Reden.”

“I called for help for my computer. I am deaf with CI's. Very hard to hear on phone. Roman was so very patient with me and stayed with me until I understood what he said. He helped me to make the best choice for my neglected computer!So, thankful! Then he connected me to a technician, Red, who worked hard and fast to clean up my computer. I had 22,369 errors! These guys are amazing!! Plus a year of 24/7 help!!!”
