“every year one of these companies hijacks your computer them directs all inquiries to their website to pilfer money from you. I know this because some how they go past my security that comes with my internet service and now I can do almost nothing on this computer until I pay this website for them hijacking my computer. wake up and realize you pay someone every year. THEY ARE HIJACKING YOUR COMPUTER AND HOLDING IT RANSOM.WHAT EVER LET GO OF MY COMPUTER!!!!”

“My original appointment time had no response. After several phone attempts and three hours after the appointment time I was finally given a technician to check out the problem. This took close to 5 hours and the good news is the problem appears to be resolved. The technician, Maxine A, stayed with the resolution procedures, provided extensive and professional application to update the outdated portions in the computer. Success! My computer is working properly! Other than very slow response to missed appointment time I am very happy with the outcome of this repair. Joel Shane Gabbert”
