“I just got this laptop or notebook and paid $60.00 to reimage and it's suppose to be unlimited cleaning and malware for a year. I paid this not even a week ago and you guys keep telling me that it needs to be cleaned and to pay out of pocket again. I try to call your customer service number and it's out of service!!!! YOU GUY'S ARE A RIP OFF!!! YOU DO NOT KEEP YOUR WORD!!!! YOU DO NOT PROTECT ANYONE'S COMPUTER, YOU JUST KEEP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF !!!!! I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK!!!!!”
