“I had visited a porno web site And got hacked' I am 63 years old and my wife left me. I was lonely and ventured into the porn on the internet. My older brother who is 73 warned me about doing this. I did not listen and I was attacked cyberlly. I am very happy the reimage hndled this and got me back on line I give reimage a 5 star rTTING IF YOUR IN TROUBLE WITH YOUR COMPUTER. I would rather faced a known criminal murder or the such in real life. This is apperntly the new future I DO NOT LIKE IT”

“The agents are very knowledgeable, patience, easy to understand, speak good clear English and I feel I had a good repour with each of them. It took us 3 different sessions and sometimes passed from shift to shift for 12 hours at a time trying to get things right and every one was great. The agents deserve a pat on the back for a job well done. maybe a bonus too to show appreciation.”
