“Useless. It says I am not connected to the Internet when I attempt to repair. However, it got all the pricing information from the Internet!!! If this is an indication of how good it is I cannot recommend it. This is a restored version of Windows which was installed from the HP Recovery Partition of the disk, the only problem it has is that it cannot find any Windows Updates, it just says "searching for updates" for ever.”

“I found the people I dealt with to be polite, professional and very knowledgeable. As I am not particularly handy with computers. in some instances I have been made to feel somewhat demeaned. With these folks, I did not. They respected my level of understanding and readily educated me as they could. I was very comfortable with them. I thought the price was a stretch, but cheaper than a new machine.”
