“Lovely blanket, beautiful texture and great comfort however, the weight/glass beads are not as well distributed as I hoped. They will accumulate at one point if not totally and evenly flat. Shame. I love it but may need to trial some other brands to find the perfect one for me.”

“It’s lovely and heavy and my son likes sleeping under it, however it is difficult for me as the tapes that attach it on the inside to the cover either undo easily or have torn away so that the actual weighted blanket falls in a corner overnight an it v difficult to reposition, particularly as the glass beads seem to escape as well!”

“When I bought the weighted blanket from you I was surprised that the weight indicated was that of the blanket and cover combined. This wasn't made clear on the website at the time I made my purchase, if it had been, I would have gone for the heavier blanket. There have been so many occasions when even the blanket and cover you provided wasn't up to the task of ensuring a good night's sleep.”

“At first I wasn't happy with the way that the blanket rearranged itself inside the cover and ended up being quite uncomfortable overnight. So I took it out of the cover and, lo and behold, it started to do what it was meant to do. I bought some top sheets and now use it over one of those. I took it off the bed in May as I was starting to overheat - I guess I'll put it back on once the cold weather starts again. I washed it in the machine as directed and there was no problem - it dried quickly too.”

“Horrendous Parcelforce service. After calling to confirm that I would collect from the depot, I arrived 24 hours later (as instructed) to be told that that my parcel had gone out on the van, and to collect the next day; the depot is on the other side of the county to me! On collecting the parcel the next day it was very damaged, however, after waiting nearly a week to receive it, I took it home....wish I hadn’t bothered! I barely slept during the night as the 10kg blanket was clearly too heavy, and each time I moved it was like doing a gym workout! Also, even though the blanket is attached to the cover, there is too much room for manoeuvre, and I kept having to adjust it.”

“Very disappointed with my blanket. When you move it bunches up and therefore the weight doesn’t stay evenly distributed. It hasn’t improved my sleep if anything it has made it worse as I am constantly try to redistribute the weight.”

Are you able to share with us an image of the packaging? All blankets we send out are brand new so this should not have happened and for that we are deeply apologetic.

“Hard to leave a review due to product not being delivered by Parcel Force (one attempt and returned to sender). Very minimal contact with the company - customer service is poor. Hope I can get my blanket or a refund. Supposed to help with stress not cause more!”

“Started off well but then the strings inside tear away and the inner blanket and it just clumps into a heavy ball. plus beads inside seem to have moved into the corners. had to give up using it :-(”

“Placed my order 23/12/23 and still nothing after over 4 Months, received numerous guarantees that I would receive my order and even a worthless credit on my account. What is the point when you cant be bothered to delivery my original order? This company is the worst I have ever experienced and I would avoid them at all costs. ps. they deserve a Zero Star”

“Shockingly Bad Customer Service Shockingly Bad Customer Service, Appualing Lack of Communication - despite multiple requests for information - requests ignored! Telephone number if you can find it via Google goes stright to voicemail. Unless you want to be fustrated, annoyed and agrivated, save your money and dont bother to order! Whish I never had, oh and yes still waiting my order after 6 weeks plus! Total let Down! Date of experience: February 16, 2024”

“No delivery for weeks no response from the business, had to call and email daily before getting a response then waited literally months for delivery (after 2 deadlines they promised me had been missed) and still didn't get my full order, then received a call to say that the offer i used was no longer valid and if i wanted my order i would have to pay an additional £50!! Scam! apparently system glitch. I paid the £50 then still didn't get product i order (got the cheaper version). shocking. after 4 months i just gave up.”

“I wish I had read some of these before ordering. My blanket had one of the loops holding the cover on snap within 3 days of receiving it. I have emailed their customer services and returns email addresses, still no response several days later. I will come back and update this if they come up with a satisfactory solution, but at present I would say avoid, avoid, avoid.”
