“Hopefully this can be recovered between me and the car rental as soon as possible. I love the car I drove. I didn’t have any problems with it. I just don’t know what happened but I know it didn’t happen when I was driving it or I can’t even see in the picture where the windshield is broken or cracked or anything in that picture that’s not where I parked the car when I left I’m sorry this happened to them. I know they needed to be covered and I guess I’m the one that last drove it so it’s my fault but they inspected the car while I was there, and there was nothing wrong. Two hours later , they called me. The windshield is broken. I don’t get it did not happen when I had it that’s all I can say.”

“This is the first time I have made a claim. Although I’ve used rentalcover.com for years I’ve heard many people warning me against rentalcover.com. The common denominator of people warning me, none of them were users! My experience, and the experience of those who have actually used your service is very different. Your team is extremely responsive and attentive and above all, courteous to deal with despite being firm and highly professional.”
