“Genuinely surprised at the friendly and Listening Reception I received from Konstantine, having expected as previously from a Comparative Survey Service that provided me with the "Best Value Funeral Plan", which resulted in a quote for what they thought I would require rather than being interested in my, perhaps rather basic personal wishes that I considered practical and to my simple needs, rather than necessarily with considerations of cost and certainly not what I was quoted!!”

“The last thing I thought about upon waking this morning was 'a funeral' let alone my own. After speaking to the lovely Carla I realised I had made a good decision. The plan was put in place my wishes being met in full. Excellent company no high powered selling. Can now move on.”

“When I took out my funeral plan it was easy and Definitely No pressure on their part No way trying to sell you a plan that you dont want or Need the person who I had to guide me was a Laura Joseph who was very helpful & i was under no pressure from her at all the decisions was made by myself and didn't feel rushed I would recommend anybody if they are thinking about a funeral plan to go with rest assured is the one for them and if possible try and get Laura Joseph we just had a lot of laughter and jokes she was fantastic whilst still been a professional Customer person 99.½% satisfied as of now I cant be fully satisfied 100% as I wont know to I get to the other side of the gates 🤔 But overall yes I'm satisfied”
