“yes you took my money and the program still, repeatedly, asks for more and another payment. I have called 2x and was told to provide my social security number--WHAT!!!! and to allow you remote access to my computer to "fix the issue"/ your promotion says to call for a step by step assistance. I am extremely concerned and now out the money.. and am a retiree. so disappointed. how do YOU feel, mr and mrs public?? lets see if they even print this. Nifoussi@aol.com”
