“I was very, very skeptical when I decided to let my computer be worked on so extensevley. I have heard horror stories of things like that happening. I am so pleased with the outcome of everything done. Arjay was super in doing what he did, but more importantly, he was so kind and patient with a person my age and computer ignorance.
