“They worked long and hard to straighten out my problems. I am a dummy at this stuff but they were very patient and kind. I paid $500 for 3 years service. I think that it will be worth it for my peace of mind.”

“Dianne was able to resve my problem in less than 30 muinutes restoring my contacts back into my outl Address Book. I have ben struggling with this for the past several days unsuccessfully. She was courteous and understnding of my hearing impairment and showed a lot of patience as I repeated my questions when my hearing was not good enoughto understand her. I am very pleased with this young ladies patience and courtousy.”
