“The support from the REstoro staff was outstanding. The representatives were very attentive to my concerns and were able to explain the issues/problems with my computer. They and explained very succinctly how they would solve the issues. At no time was I overwhelmed with technical information; the comments were clear and concise. “Installed Restoro to diagnose and fix issues with my slow computer. The analysis claimed it would only take about 30 minutes, but ended up taking over 7 hours. Now after restarting my computer, all i get is a blue crash screen, cannot even load into the OS. My computer is now useless, I am furious and have demanded a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROGRAM!!”
