“My computer is just as slow as it was, now that I paid for Restoro. The ad for the Basic is very misleading in that it says "unlimited use for 1 year" - I ran the program once last week, and now my License Key won't work any more. Thanks for nothing.”

This gives the customers an option to choose if they want to do a repair but would not want a subscription. It shows that your recent transaction is a One-Time license key that is only good for a single repair and will be invalid afterward. As a one-time courtesy, we have reactivated your license key and it should now be fully operational. Note that you should copy the license key as it is including the hyphen/dash sign(-). “He service from Kristin was absolutely outstanding; took a long time because it was a very comlpex problem to solve. Yet the attention and patience and courtesy was constant. I highly recommend RESTORO and their support staff to help you resove a simple or complex software problem. “Restoro helped me with my laptop issues. I had a Trojan virus that I was unaware of which may have been the reason the tech found a ton of errors, program crashing. my laptop was running slow, and I couldn't automatically connect to the wifi. It prevented my updates to load correctly, so my Windows Defender was not working properly, I was exposed to hackers. It was scary how this could happen. I purchased the 3 year tech support which is 24/7 and have cyberghost which makes my IP address invisible to anyone looking for any sensitive information. Thank you Restoro team.”
