“Well, I definitely had some issues that I had no idea how to resolve. It took at least 5 hours and 6 technicians before I finally had to give it up. Then yesterday, we had a big power outage around here, and I couldn't check out the computer. Today, however, I realized that my issues were not resolved and called again. Bren was great and restored my lost info and cleaned up the computer. I am happy for now! Thank you. Bren!”

“Good experience. I was expecting just a registry and system fix but was talked into letting him check my total system, ie virus, malware, drivers. He found lots of problems and showed them to me before offering the on-line service, $179 to fix everything. I was able to watch the technician work his magic, took about 3 hours. Computer runs great now, very happy.”
