“the service was prompt and they were helpful. I'm looking forward to a smoother running PC. It is an older computer, about 5 years old, so it seems to have had a lot of problems. It cost a little more than I expected, but if it works, I'm happy.”

“Apart from the initial connection issue the customer service is very patient and understanding. I do not understand some of the technology practices but they finally got to the issue. I talked to them, emailed and live chat finally sorted it with cindy. thank you Cindy”
