The help I usually use is not available after 5pm on Friday till 9am the following Monday. It did cost me more because I had so many to deal with I didn't want to wait even though it cost me more. It worked so I can get along with my life

The first rep said the Dell techs that I already paid for probably couldn't fix the problem, but it appears it could have been fixed by Dell or a local tech.

First: the problems were resolved Second: All the people involved have been very polite and very clear with their instructions I think the service is worth the price paid. I will be checking in each couple of months for a check on my computer's health.

I spoke w/ Cindy P. She was patient & respectful. I wanted to restore my Facebook acct. She opened a new acct for me. I haven't been able to access my acct for about 2 months. Facebook would not let me in to my original acct., but, I was happy to finally have an acct w/ Facebook.
