“I had a printer problem which I suspected was a USB port problem. Reden checked the printer setup etc first but then found and fixed the USB port problem. The outcome was good but it did take a while, Hopefully no more problems in the future. Thanks. Peter”

“I had just about given up on my old desktop, and began shopping for something new and dreading the unplanned expense. Paying the price of Restoro repairs and 24/7 service seemed a huge burden, but I remember having this kind of service a few years ago, and it was just as expensive then. I also remember paying for repairs several times at shops with bench time costing $60 per hour. Thinking that I could avoid all of that, I finally decided to try Restoro. I am happy that the techs returned to my case four times to scan and rescan, then reinstall the OS and scan again. They came back a final time to be sure I was able to work with the changes, and they answered my questions. I was pleased that the techs made appointments for follow-up phone calls, but a bit miffed that they did not call ME at the appointed time. I waited too long, then called THEM to establish a session. That happened twice. Perhaps some accommodation can be made to respect the appointments better.”

“my W10 lap top was continually crashing so installed Restoro which did the job - very pleased. When it runs, my virus checker says that the following files in the Restoro directory; namely native.exe, repairlauncher.exe and reverttool.exe are all infected with win64:dangeroussig(tri) and puts them in quarantine. anyone else experienced this?”

“It seems to do what it's intended to do. Just one negative: When the complete analysis and repair is done, it calls for a restart. OK - but I'd like to know what was fixed. There should be a summary report for the session before restarting, and I've never seen one in my three occasions of using the service.”
