I had a printer problem which I suspected was a USB port problem. Reden checked the printer setup etc first but then found and fixed the USB port problem. The outcome was good but it did take a while, Hopefully no more problems in the future. Thanks. Peter

I had just about given up on my old desktop, and began shopping for something new and dreading the unplanned expense. Paying the price of Restoro repairs and 24/7 service seemed a huge burden, but I remember having this kind of service a few years ago, and it was just as expensive then. I also remember paying for repairs several times at shops with bench time costing $60 per hour. Thinking that I could avoid all of that, I finally decided to try Restoro. I am happy that the techs returned to my case four times to scan and rescan, then reinstall the OS and scan again. They came back a final time to be sure I was able to work with the changes, and they answered my questions. I was pleased that the techs made appointments for follow-up phone calls, but a bit miffed that they did not call ME at the appointed time. I waited too long, then called THEM to establish a session. That happened twice. Perhaps some accommodation can be made to respect the appointments better.

my W10 lap top was continually crashing so installed Restoro which did the job - very pleased. When it runs, my virus checker says that the following files in the Restoro directory; namely native.exe, repairlauncher.exe and reverttool.exe are all infected with win64:dangeroussig(tri) and puts them in quarantine. anyone else experienced this?

It seems to do what it's intended to do. Just one negative: When the complete analysis and repair is done, it calls for a restart. OK - but I'd like to know what was fixed. There should be a summary report for the session before restarting, and I've never seen one in my three occasions of using the service.
