restro did work on my computer which greatly sped it up, thank you . it cost me £395 for four year subscription and i hope this will keep my computer safe. time will tell!

Took a while to get to the actual fix. Started out with Restore that really didn't do anything to fix my problem. Then had to listen to sales pitch several times before finally agreed to 3 year program. Not happy about commitment for 3 years but ......... Computer and software now works okay. Outlook was the major problem i was having.

Every person that i dealt with while fixing my computer was very knowlegable. Very polite and took time to explain what they were doing while working on my problems. It is like having a new computer!

very good. paulo did well. lost connection several times not sure if this i normal- i just lost connection, went to restore page like before said internet connect failed/lost do i still have a problem?

It took much less time then quoted. Time will tell plus using apps on how much speed improvement and stability has been accomplished. Remote repair is best in the time of Covid19. It is too soon to tell much but so far I am happy with what Isee.

I had been having blue screens of death for several months now. A friend diagnosed it as "old hard drive" and set me up with a new solid state drive and a "cloning cable." But the blue screens continued with the new drive. Googling brought up Restoro. Desperate, I blew the $43 and downloaded it. Very surprised to learn I had to speak to a human to finish the installation. Wow, you discovered 21,000 events in my control panel administration file. I never knew about this file. I was angry at being up-saled another $100 for a personal, manual, intervention. Your technical staff spent about half an hour zinging my cursor pointer all over the place, deleting programs and reinstalling them. As an attorney, if I spent half an hour with a client and listened to their problem, I would charge twice as much and do half as much. I was impressed by your effort and despite my initial bluster at the upsale, thought you did a great job for the price. ... Until this morning, when I suffered 2 b.s.o.d.'s this morning. 3 days without bsod's was fantastic. Should I ask you about this morning's snafus? 5 stars would have been my rating but for today's problems, which quickly resolved by the system shutting down and re-booting. John Greenwood

I was very pleased to have Restoro act on my behalf to clean my PC of virus. Until it was highlighted, I was unaware how unprotected the computer was. As far as I was concerned, there was paid security with a well known Global Protection agency. This was apparently not sufficient to advise of the Trojan virus that was infecting my computer, and thus why Restoro has been put in place.
