“service was excellent. The only thing is when I subscribe to restore for the one year I assumed that charge was to repair my windows problem. I was unaware I had to spend another hundred dollars to actually repair my windows issue. I felt I was mislead. However, my repairs were completed and Im happy.”

“SHORT SURVEY HERE: At the end of restoring my PC, they allowed me to do a few walks thru different apps to ensure that my PC is working good. Like the details with which they did to fully restore my PC. Unfortunately at the end of the initial Restoro session we ran out of enough time to fully test my PC and a minor problem was resolved. Unfortunately, it took 2 days due to heavy loads at help desk for response on that day.”
