“I am a new member of Restoro after listening to friends positive comments. I was having problems with both my printer and computer which I could not repair myself. After purchasing the Restoro service plan the Technicians jumped right in and made the necessary repairs. My satisfaction was immediate for both issues. Customer service was outstanding. “I called because my desktop was very slow and sluggish. The boot process also was very slow. Your techs walked me through the remote process and they took over from there and did a great job. Today my pc is working great much faster and the boot only took about 45 seconds. Very Happy Thank you”

“I apparently had a very complex problem with Windows 11, even after I restored Windows 11 myself. I was handed over to a senior tech support rep. He worked on my computer using Powershell (whatever that is!) and other operations. He then restored Windows 11 again while preserving all my apps and files on the system. I am very pleased! Very knowledgeable service.”
