“I have the annual subscription for cleaning/optimizing my computer. Just good to know that on a monthly basis I can call Restoro and they with thoroughly clean and optimize my computer. And will work with me in between cleanings if the need arises.”

“Clear information given on everything, first responder very pleasant, kind, listened to problems, explained how problems could be approached for fixing by expert technician. Technician was also very pleasant, kind, explained each step before performing. Entire episode from call being answered to all problems corrected was about 1-1/2 hour; technician had all info I had given first responder, took about an hour for his fixes. I am very satisfied and pleased. Well worth the time and charge, especially knowing I can now contact the company any time if I have any problems in the future. I will be referring this company.”

“The support chat had difficulty understanding the problem. They also wouldn't read the notes from my previous communication, so every time I had to start over and talk through what I'd already done. Some of their instructions were not clear and when I asked to clarify, they still were not clear. I gave up and will find support elsewhere.”
