“Revolut stole my money, without any explanation. My account has been frozen for months, but despite countless complaints I have been ignored.
YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE AT REVOLUT”
“I made the mistake of opening an account with Revolut to send a large amount of funds to from my building society savings account due to branch closure.
They immediately locked the account denying me any access to the funds for over 3 weeks despite me providing evidence to that the funds had come from another account in my name.
After growing suspicious and coming across all the reviews here and realising what a terrible mistake I had made, in the end I had to threaten Revolut with legal action unless they reversed the transfer in full back to the building society, which they eventualy did, then made other arrangements to transfer it elsewhere.
Revolut then without warning closed my account / locked me out of their app thus also stealing the remaining 15 Euros I had in there I originally had used to open the account.”

WHEN I FIRST JOINED THEM THEY WANTED ME TO PROVIDE PROOF OF FUNDS AND WHILST THEY CHECKED MY EVIDENCE (TAX RETURNS, BANK STATMENTS, ETC) THEY TOOK 3 WEEKS AND IN THE MEANTIME MY MONEY WAS STUCK WITH THEM AND I COULDNT EVEN TRANSFER IT OUT TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT! THEY ARE TOTAL CROOKS, IM A MEDICAL DOCTOR AND THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE CROOK WHEN IN FACT THEY ARE THE CROOKS. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN REVOLUT IF YOU DO YOU WILL REGRET IT!”

“How is this legal, its just chat bots. No one is working at all in any accounts. They have blocked my accs and all funds including a business one. They are doing to to thousands of accounts. This is absolutely shocking that they are not closed down now. There has to be a way to get this sorted.
See images attached of constant conversations that always end up chat bots and they are total liars.
I am now taking this further to trading standards and the FCA
Please never use this scam and tell everyone you know with a Revolut account to withdraw all funds and close account as soon as they can as you will loose your money.
This mob are a total sham. I also can not log into my business account what do ever it just says too many attempts and try again in a million years, see images attached of the constant conversation attempts I've made.
They have held client money too in the business side and lost me business. I want to seriously take this as far as possible to take them down.”

My husband tried to give me money on my account with his bank card then they froze my account and took all my money in my account they said they are allowed to do this because it violates there terms and conditions. “everything was was working well until one day the have frozen my account. According to them, I have „too many“ transactions. They asked for my 3 months payslips, my other bank‘s statement where my salary is deposited. After providing all the documents, i am waiting for three months to get it unblocked, no success. In the meantime I lost a huge amount of cash in my bitcoins which i bought in Revolut. Now after few months, they are asking more payslips. Apparently they scum you taking a lot of financial information. Stay away from them.”
