SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Never trust revolut. I lost 2.500 Euros because of Revolut. There is no customer service, I asked for their help but they denied and they're working with the scammers together. I dont recommend revolut. PLEASE avoid!

Awful do not use!! There is no security anybody can set up an account under any name, no verification required. Claim to be a bank but clearly not as a bank would not do this as all! So you assume your paying a person of a certain name but it could be anyone so completely open to scammers and fraud, have no idea how this “supposed bank” is allowed to operate in the UK!!!

12 Days and still holding my salary and not releasing it to my account. Very poor customer service no one knows what they are doing and just the same scripted responses. As far as I'm concerned they have stolen my money ...and no one gives a fig, stay well clear of this company, use wise or other reputable banks for foreign currency

Day seven now and I'm still waiting for my money to be returned to my bank account. People be very very careful and do not fall into the same pit as I have. please research them even before you sign up to them.

There are scammer and there are scammers and then there's Revolut. they take your money and keep coming up with lame excuses as to why you cant get it back. I've reported them to the Financial Ombudsman. I suggest you do the same or best of all don't touch them with a barge pole.

Terrible customer service. The stock trading feature of my account has been down since I upgrade to their Metal plan, i reported it 2 weeks ago, and the issue is still unresolved. I can’t buy or sell my stocks, I’m just sitting here watching my money disappear. Every time I go chase the customer service for an update, all they say is that they have no update, and they would chase their technical team for me, but IT NEVER HAPPEN. Never trust Revolut with your money, go to a proper bank.

Tried to register in revolut with my ukrainian ID and Hungarian driving license (currently staying in Hungary), after 3 hours of basically useless conversation in chat, they asked me to send my ID and selfie with paper which says time details, i assume it’s needed to verify person. after an hour of waiting i got response from chat that my account cannot be created (without any explanation). i kindly asked in chat to escalate my case, eventually got rejection. shame on bank which doesn’t support Ukraine and Ukrainian people abroad, who are stuck in there, and don’t even have access to their home country banks.

Disgusting. Unprofessional. Illegal. Una ring. Unfriendly service I have eve met. Reports have been put forward for fraudulent activity with no reply. Promises have been made with no follow up. Evidence of police reporting made. 15 days wait time. 25 days wait time. No reply after promising they will after a certain time or they’ll let me know. They never let me know. They never got back to me. Customer service “passes it on”. No reply. Leaves you waiting for hours on end. I will be trying to take them to court. I’m disgusted.

I had an emergency at home, I had to get some quick cash from the ATM. I tried topping up my account at least 5 or 6 times but all the attempts failed (attached the screenshot here) I was only trying to top up 50€ but to my surprise it was impossible. All the attempts where rejected for no apparent reason. This never happened to me before with any app. I have been using Revolut for over 1.5 years. To my surprise, doing the same operation with N26, was very easy and I had no issues at all. When I reached out the in-app customer support, the nightmare began. I had a disgusting experience. The first agent 'Abhishek' was copy&pasting long paragraphs at least 6 or 7 times trying to answer my short questions, such as: 'why is my top up failing so much? This never happened me before. What is going on?" The agent was totally useless and had not knowledge at all. The only thing he was able to do is copy&paste like a bot. Then, my chat was "escalated" to a "manager" (LOL) called Nouman who had no idea what to do or what to tell me because he clearly saw that the app was having 'issues'. He started copy&pasting random stuff not helping me with the problem. Despite being the 'manager', he escalated my case again to an agent called 'Kim'. Now my chat is being escalated again, they are making me wait on purpose. All I can tell you to all future customer: the customer support is not serious at all. Actually it is a joke. Not only because they are worse than AI bots but also because they are not here to help, they are not here to try to keep the customer. Do not sign up on this App.

Revolut has caused me financial damage due to misleading information and declined to solve my complaint. There bonus referral campaign is a scam. They provide incorrect link, oblige to order physical card, paying delivery fee, than declines the bonus stating the link used was incorrect. Very poor service. AVOID!

The customer service is nonexistent outside of the app/ bank. Do to a technical error we have been locked out of our business account on 6 occasions for 5-7 days and have been unable to pay suppliers and staff on time. At the moment we are locked out again (5 days so far and still no customer support. We have now opened a new business account with Tide and as soon as we gain access to our Revolut account we will be switching over. The issues have wasted a huge amount of time and unnecessary admin and uncertainty.

Absolute horrible service. Wanted a savings account set up quickly. The word quickly… boy did I get that wrong. Provided all the necessary documents for my account to be active. It has been over 30 days I am being informed that there is further checks required. Their 24/7 line is NOT 24:7 staff get back to you over 12 hours since you make the initial request. I have even asked for my account to be closed down as when I click on option to close it doesn’t allow me. Absolutely horrible service and my advice do not use this company. If this is the service now. I can only imagine what they would do when theu have your money. Never again

My experience with Revolut has left me absolutely fuming! Those dirty scammers are trying to rob me of 800€ for transactions I never authorized. Let me share my infuriating story with you, and you'll see why I'm absolutely disgusted. I had to transfer tax money to the authorities, and the nightmare began. Two of my transactions failed, but the third miraculously worked. However, it turns out that Revolut, in their infinite wisdom, mistakenly sent those failed transactions and, to my horror, "mistakenly" marked them as failed. Can you believe that? Those scammers resent to charge me for these missent transactions, even though it was undeniably their fault! I'm not one to stand idle while scammers run rampant and destroy other people’s lives. I've worked hard for my money, and I refuse to let Revolut get away with this outrageous behavior. They want to charge me for something they messed up – it's beyond infuriating! Now, Revolut has the audacity to send me an email, offering a half-hearted apology and admitting their error. They claim they'll be retroactively charging me for these transactions. What's worse, they're forcing me to make sure I have enough money in my account to pay for their mistakes! In this email, they talk about their "right of set-off," which allows them to take the money I owe them from any account I hold with them. This is a blatant attempt to strong-arm me into paying for their incompetence. If that's not enough, they suggest that if I already re-sent the payment, my recipient has been paid twice in addition to what I owed them! What an unbelievable mess they've created, and now they want me to sort it out with my own money and act as if I was responsible. Not with me. You chose the wrong enemy. Revolut, let me make one thing clear – I'm not going down without a fight. Your scammy tactics won't work on me. I'm disgusted by your behavior, and I'll pursue every legal avenue to ensure you pay for your own mistakes. You can't treat people this way and expect to get away with it. In the end, I have only one message for Revolut: I'll sue you into oblivion for this blatant attempt at theft, and I won't rest until justice is served!

DO NOT USE THE APP!! I have been scammed by someone pretending to be from loyds! They refused cash back and STOLE £300 that the bank refunded me!! DO NOT USE THIS APP THAT RUINS PEOPLES LIVES!!

hey make it very easy to enrol and upgrade to Premium. Then, if you want to CANCEL, they don't let you cancel unless you downgrade to Standard first (talk about arbitrary inconveniences for the customers!). To do that, you need to pay a PENALTY (yes, simply to stop being Premium). You also have to send them a selfie holding a handwritten note (ever heard of collecting minimum personal information necessary??) Utterly unacceptable. In the meantime they will still charge you for your Premium unless you bend backwards at their request. STAY AWAY!!
