Ho investito in varie crypto sull'APP Revolut, giornalmente guardavo l'andamento ed il loro valore. Ad un certo punto è scomparso il mio portafoglio di Crypto dall'app, senza nessuna spiegazione non sono piu' in grado di vedere quali crypto avevo e dimostrarne l'acquisto. Ho contattato piu' volte l'assistenza in chat ma non gli importa nulla e non risolvono il problema. Totalmente inaffidabili. Esperienza terribile. Non mettete i vostri soldi qui!!!!!

Revolut is holding payments for arbitrary reason... 2 of my payments have now been "on hold" for 3weeks +. The payments have been made to one of my other account so this has nothing to do with the merchant not accepting it. I strongly advise against revolut for important matters...

I cannot recommend this bank. We use Revolut for business reasons. We have transferred money to our account from a subsidiary. Instead of being credited, the account was closed. It was confirmed in writing that the amount will be transferred back within 5 days, which did not take place. When asked, it was said that it now takes up to 10 days, so Revolut has proven to be untruthful. I can only urgently advise against entrusting larger funds to this company, this misconduct, which can be proven in writing, is unacceptable. The company can only be reached via a chat with constantly changing contact persons.

‪We have a business account and no possible log in from more thab a week, we contacted the chat customer support, they after more than 1 week still don't let us be able to use the account. Be careful if you got a business and don't want them to keep your money without supporting‬

My account has been locked for 9 months. They have only 1 way contacting them. In App chat. They ask you for documents you send them so they ask you for different documents. This goes on until you give up. You leave it a few weeks regain you strength and resolve have another go they ask for different document. They ask for things that don't exist. They ask for documents that may exist is America but do not exist in UK. Its almost become an obsession to get my money locked in my account but they always win.

Thrives are stealing money from peoples accounts and using this scumbag company to either send it out of the country, or convert it to crypto. They need to be shut down.

Took 1 hour 45 minutes to change a phone number. Customer Support appear unable to provide support if anything they might need supporting themselves. My main account is monzo but wanted to give them a try. It's difficult to recommend revolut at the moment. No telephone support options.

Worst experience of my life, please whoever reads this do not sign up for this scam. The website is very badly designed and full of bugs and technical problems - not what you want when trying to access your precious resources. I also don’t trust them anymore after hearing how many accounts got frozen and money stolen. Even this hasn’t happen to me yet ( I take it because I’m still new ) I’m having problems with them already and nothing is straight forward with them and works well. The fact that I can’t even seem to get a person to talk to and only robots makes it even worse. I decided to listen to other people and save myself the pain of my account being frozen and my money stolen.

DID I LOST MY MONEY? My account was locked several months ago due to a "standard check". They answer me again and again that the reviewing will be done in a couple of businesses days. But the weeks are going and I can't get access to my money. My rental payment has been cancelled and it seems I have lost my money. If I hadn't another bank account then I would be thrown in the street.

No access to customer service. Blocked my account due to it receiving paypal payments then removed access to it without any warning or communication. Useless fraudsters

Revolut does not work in Asia, You will never receive sms confirmation codes for transfers and the support team does not care when you contact them, they make excuses and pass you on to other people and never help you. If you are in Asia do not choose Revolut! Choose another bank!

AVOID!! RUN FOR THE HILLS I wish this included zero rating! Revolut is really the worst online banking you can go with. They have frozen my account for over 2 months without me even able to access my account records! PLEASE AVOID!!!

I started registering for Revolut out of recommendation of a friend. I transferred 60 francs to my account. Due to Covid I could not use it in 2020. By end of 2020, the app asked for verification of my ID and the first problems started where I could not enter my renewed ID in the app. No matter how many times I tried it failed. In 2021, a bigger problem happened, where I could no longer log into the app and there was no way to reset it. So, no passcode worked in the app, and when I tried the option of 'forgot my passcode' the app says 'something went wrong, please try again later'. I tried it multiple times and I could not reset the passcode. I called the company and there was no person to answer since it was all automated. I sent a long email describing the problem and after few days someone got back to me and mentioned the steps to try, which I had already tried in the app and failed. I tried them again and like before there was no luck. The most weird part is that to get a customer service you need to log into the app and if you cannot do that there is no customer service. The app has many bugs and happened to me both for entering my new ID and also resetting a passcode. For a company that handles money, these basic steps in the app should not be so buggy. It seems that the money I transferred to the account is already gone. I regret registering with this company and advise others not to do so to avoid losing their money. It is always safer to go with a valid company, where you know who you are dealing with.

This is just one giant pyramid scheme that is going to implode. A lot of people are going to lose their money. A lot of them already have. These wan**rs are getting rich while authorities do nothing. Had to open a second account after closing the first one myself ( read my first review) . A small refund was sent to a closed account and that's the only way I thought I would be able to retrieve it. Wasted a lot of time as usual on their chat speaking to moronic employees ,who eventually decided they would not refund the money. Yes it is official , I have it in their chat transcript : they have decided to keep the money that is not theirs. These scam artists need to be stopped before a lot of people lose a lot of money, you have been warned! Eastern European gangsters have found a legitimate way to rob people with authorities dong absolutely nothing about it. Remember when something is free , you are a product. Not only are they steeling customers' money they are also gathering valuable information that they may sell to other criminals. Its a win win for the wan***rs. All the positive reviewers (most of whom are "invited" IE paid or otherwise encouraged to praise them) just haven't had their money stolen, YET, but they will learn. EVENTUALLY. After all there is no shortage of stupid people on this planet! What you need to remember is that Revolut is not a bank it is not a financial institution, its a fin app (whatever the f* *k this is), it is not regulated in Ireland, what it means is: if they decide to keep your money under numerous excuses they use, there is absolutely nothing you can do! Nobody is going to help you. As simple as that!
