“I have been scammed by so many recovery companies, and I can tell, it's almost not possible to recover stolen or crypto sent to the wrong address. It's rare to find a legit recovery company without getting scammed believe it or not. I'm saying from experience and I can tell you [victimsrecoveryeducation AT cyberservices.com] is reliable, not 100% but will never leave you stranded. They can only recover 90% of your lost or scammed crypto funds”

“I had an extremely frustrating experience with Revolut's customer service today. I reached out for assistance with transferring funds from my Revolut account to Revolut Bro using an IBAN transfer. Despite my clear explanation of the issue, six different agents — Rachel, Max, Vis, Bala, Tej and Syed — failed to understand my very simple problem. Instead of addressing my actual concern, they all made their own assumptions and repeated irrelevant information. Each agent simply passed me off to another department, making me feel like I was talking to a dog that couldn't understand English. It's absolutely astonishing how poor the service is. I've never encountered anything like this before. If you're considering using Revolut, be warned that their support team might not be able to help you with even the simplest issues.”

“I have been using revolut for a couple of years. Now some small money started disapearing after every payment I make. Revolut customer support started accusing me of ordering some kind of revpoints feature. The problem is that my app is not updated and the feature is not there. I can not order or stop it. So the Revolut is stealing my money without my consent and does not want to return it! DO NOT TRUST THIS FRAUD COMPANY!”

“refused to help me access my account, sent passport photos, countless pointless selfies of me holding bits of paper with revolut written on them, but apparently wasn't sufficient. Literally asked me 15 questions about my transactions, despite every asnwer being "i have never used the account"”

“Niether do I live in Japan or Korea, I do not have any Apple device or Apple pay, yet someone was able to empty my bank account of all funds, When I brought this to Revoluts attention, I was told it was a legitimate action. I f this can happen to me it can happen to you. Mickey mouse outfit!”

“Not reliable bank. After two years of use, the bank began checking the sources of my income. I send them all the documents they request, but the bank has blocked my account and does not allow me to withdraw my money. This is a complete inadequacy. Keep your money in other banks and stay away from Revolut.”

“Hello! I think it is a shame that my money werent refunded after an obvious scamm on my revolut card details, and after the obvious facts that someone made the transactions from a country of which I dont know many people heard of (including me) and after the proof that transactions of different sums were made consecutive in seconds i dont get the refund. I am using revolut for close to 6years , I never made a request of refund in 6years, and now when it is obvious that my account is scammed and i make the first request in this demand, the answer is superficial and taken as fast as that and with little effort for clarification! It is a shame, it s not about my ~30$, it s about the dissrespect from Revolut refund team.”

“I am rarely writing a review. But please do not deal with Revolut anymore , I had been exposed to a fraud case today 19/07 from an unknown person or entity and immediately sent to the help center but there reply was a surprise, that they appreciate what I feel but they can do nothing , even though they can see that it is a fraud as the location in South Africa and everything in transaction is not titled , and 2 transactions following each other ,unfortunately there is no option here to upload a screenshot from the conversation between me and the customer service ( Virgina ) but I have all the evidence that it is not a trustworthy bank. If I saved my money in a wallet it would be much more better”

“Revolut is a Scam. Received almost 4000 pounds of crypto into my account one month ago and after a mountain of messages back and forth, including, 2 almost 24 hour days, still cannot get access to my funds. All I have ever gotten is platitudes and lies. I don't know how they are allowed to continue operating. They seem to have absolutely no conscience. WHERE ARE THE REGULATORS FOR THIS SO-CALLED BANK!!!”

“Like many people I got a Revolut Card to use mostly for foreign trips. This last week Revolut have taken £29.99 for a company called “Moona” which seems to be a scam company. Revolut takes no responsibility. Then £48.03 was taken from an ATM in Cape Verde. I live in the UK and at the moment am not in Cape Verde. Revolut’s response. “ Dispute declined After careful investigation, no trace of fraudulent activity was found on your account. You've indicated that your card has remained in your possession and we've found the disputed transaction was made with that same card. So, we've concluded that you are responsible for the transaction. This means we won't be able to refund your transaction or assist further in the dispute. We appreciate your patience throughout this process.” AVOID THIS CARD. If you get scammed they WILL NOT HAVE YOUR BACK.”

“I had a terrible experience with this company; I opened an account and made several deposits, which turned out to be my biggest mistake. Little did I know that they ran a Ponzi scheme and that there was no way to withdraw money. I had to file a complaint with the S I M O N C H. C O M website, and they were able to retrieve all of my money.”

“Thankfully, I was able to escape losing my life savings on this platform. Actually, it was a case of losing and recouping. The scammers behind this will make you pay until you're exhausted and then there's nothing to show for it, no refund, no profit. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. If you have already been trapped, recouping your funds as the case might be is not what can be done alone, you’d require the service of a trained specialist ACCESSRECOVERYCONSULTANT @ GMAIL COM. To the best of my knowledge, this recovery company consists of a group of people who are well equipped to work around the crypto network. They have vast knowledge about the whole network and have the right software and private keys to follow any transaction. Contact them on the web giving the full details of the scam.”

“Stay away! It's a scam. I deposited money to my REVOLUT without any problems, but the moment I requested a withdrawal, they blocked my account for no reason. I have provided all the information requested from me to unlock my account, yet they do not unlocked my account until i hired simonch. com firms through their website and I have gotten my money back now, but this was only after I used the services of SIMONCH. COM website”
