Terrible app it's hard to get to the functions you want. When closing an account it is made too difficult and they still send me email's even though i have not used their service in over 2 years

They are not to be trusted they are criminals they scammed me of 92100 and where blaming me for it they said I violated their terms a Dm froze my account okay even if I violated your terms that gives you no right to keep my money they never refunded, I had to contact recovery expert " cainpav @ gmail . C0m" to helped me recover my money from this theives don't involve your money with revolut will end in stories and tears, I was lucky mr Cain was able to help, victims can reach him for assistance what app on + 1 51 8 504 - 7564

Horrific experience in trying to open a Business bank account with Revolut in March 2023 for the following reasons: 1) There is no way to contact Revolut to ask a question about the business accounts or features. If you write to the customer service address, they write back to say "we don't provide customer support" and they tell you to look for the info on their website - which I already had, and could not find it, hence my email to ask for help from cust service. It took one week to get a reply from them, and it was useless. 2) If you do go ahead to their business account opening process, their QR Code system of providing photos on your iphone of your required documents doesn't work - the camera was completely black and I could not take a photo. I flagged this up to the cust support email, and they didn't care. They said they would look into it but didn't. Eventually, after waiting one week for a reply from them, I downloaded their app and tried that way, and hey it worked. 3) I provided all required documentation quickly, now that their integrated camera app was working on the iphone. Then the docs just sat there, and despite a message on the Revolut logged in account page saying the account would be open within 3 hours, there was radio silence and nothing was done, nothing progressed. I contacted Henry Lister in the Business Accounts area, and he went silent too, and didn't answer his phone or emails. I rang again, and the call was answered after 5 minutes of ringing by a man - Thomas Benavida Clarke - who simply said "hello?" - which made me wonder if I even had the correct number, since it was a very unprofessional way for a bank to answer the phone. He said he couldn't help because it wasn't his area and he had to go to a meeting, so he ended the call. I have chased this business account opening repeatedly, by emails and phone calls, and also started a chat in the logged in version of the app - and no agent replied. PLEASE AVOID THIS RUBBISH BANK!!! It is a disaster, with no customer service, and after this experience, I have zero trust in them, and I will be asking for a deletion of my personal information.

The Proof of Business is complete BS. I cannot activate an account for a month now. I've provided all requested materials such as Bank Statement, Supplier Invoice, Invoiced issued by my company, Website Ownership, yet nothing is approved! The website is still under construction, so this cannot be accepted... Most ridiculous part is that OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT PROOF of REGISTRATION is not approved as valid proof. That's the most ridiculous service. I certainly don't recommend using their services!!

Unfortunately it’s not a bank, it’s a group of hustlers . no customer service. Not working, money is missing from account. And no one is able to explain or resolve anything.

They had my account frozen for no good reason. No withdrawals, but they accepted deposits. All of my bitcoins trapped, for weeks!! And their customer service never responded to a single email from me! BROADOAK-CAPITAL .COM helped me get my money back

I opened an account with Revolut after paying my annual fee for a premium account membership my account was restricted I was advised that this was automated and would last four days that turned into seven days, nine days and now another nine business days! Their staff are very untrained! Customer service is horrible! They only have automated response that they all cut n paste very unprofessional and won’t give any information to what this is about or any information I’ve offered to assist them with anything possible! I’m stranded in Thailand and they have taken full control over my account! And have zero intentions in assisting me in a timely matter I’ve tried all avenues and had many sleepless nights! Do not use this company wise is a much better company and offer 24 hour service via phone chat and email! I only chose Revolut due to the ability to use crypto currency

Atrocious customer service. Blocked our business account and said I need to very my ID. I tried 3 times and so far neither of them have been accepted, but no reason provided. I have tried different IDs, all with at least 2 years until expiry, but they just keep rejecting it and NOT PROVIDING ME WITH A REASON WHY! So I don't even know why they are rejecting. There is no phone number to call, the only option is the useless chat, which takes half an hour to respond each time and the response I got...."Could you please upload it once again so we can check and update?" I have suppliers I need to pay but they blocked up my account and keep rejecting my verification!!!! My money is stuck!!! AVOID!!!!

They held my money which was my wages which were transfer in pending for 10 days meaning I had no access to my money and each day a new live chat assistant was given to me. The pro team never called me as requested.

Worst customer services you can ever come across I been chatting life chat sind 8 pm now its 00:40am And my issues still haven't been resolved Adviser keeps disappearing each time for 10 minutes or more Its radicelous never see tjat kind of customer services Im not sure if i wanna curry on with this bank services My time its to important I could invest this 5 hours somewhere els more productive but have to wast here instead 👎👎👎👎👎 Not recommend this bank at all

Do not use this company. Complete scammers. Tried to transfer money from Uk bank account to my Revolut account and they tejected it. The money has left my uk bank account and they won’t return it. Basically been robbed. Needed this money for my holiday, been and back now and still no money back. Customer service is a joke. All automated scripted robots

I would give 0 stars but there is a minimum of 1 so here I am. After someone made purchases using my account without my permission the help team was not providing the help required. They supposedly had a thorough investigation which led to the result that there would be no refund made as the behaviour was not suspicious enough. The purchase was made in a completely different continent to where I am situated, even an idiot could see it is suspicious. They failed to see the obvious and help their user return the sum of money stolen through their app. I recommend just going to your local bank and opening an account. Revolut sucks.

My experience with Revolt is disastrous - they blocked my account on 4th February 2023. After so many attempts to get a piece of information from Revolut support, I felt mistreated. They have blocked my account without any explanation of the reason, and all I know is that there is an investigation going on. No deadline or explanation for such an investigation is provided. I even can not provide the documents supporting my recent transactions, which confirms the absolute legal source of my money!!! Absolute useless Premium account!!! You throw money away. I can provide you screenshots of all the recent communication with Revolut support team, and you will understand quickly the scale of this disaster. 15 thousand pounds were planned for an apartment rent payment upfront. I should have paid for it TODAY. Now I can not pay for it, and I live with a 3-year-old child in the hotel without any knowledge of when this issue will be resolved!!!! Any communication with Revolut failed. Support chat does not even respond and just copies the same messages all the time. All other users reviews make me afraid that this process can take weeks/months which makes this company look very unreliable. I realised that the restriction of Revolut accounts happens on regular basis with no option to contact the company or get the money back. I would never recommend Revolut to anyone. Alisa

Be very careful with this bunch of crooks, I have had my account closed by them for no other reason but I questioned why I was charged extortionate fees for very little use of my account. Took me 3 weeks to recover my funds from them and to crown it all they charged me for them closing MY account. I have put up 3 reviews with TRUSTPILOT and they have all been taken down just goes to show they can't be trusted themselves. Avoid this so-called bank, they are crooks.

I haven't used Revolut since I created my account and I forgot my password. The process of re-accessing the account is cumbersome. They created such a complex "help desk" process (not helpful at all), that you stop using it before solving your problem. I want to close terminate this relationship asap.

This company is by far the worst company i have had the displeasure of coming across, they blocked my account and left me without my funds for 3 weeks without and explaination, no customer service just a "live chat" or as it turned out automated rubbish. SO FRO YOUR OWN SANITY GIVE THIS OUTFIT A BIG MISS, AVOID

DO NOT USE THIS APP TO TRANSFER MONEY. It’s Really bad. I tried to use it to buy a plane ticket, so I did a transference of €700 which the app kept on hold and I was not able to use the money because it was “pending”. It kept pending and I still have not my money back. They do not have customer service line and only a chat. They don’t know what happened and I never got my money back. Never use this app. It’s a scam.
