“Revolut is currently HOLDING £139,800 OF MY MONEY and won’t let me TRANSFER IT, USE MY CARD, or ACCESS MY FUNDS in any way. This is money I planned to put into savings, and THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING ME TO DO THAT. They told me it would TAKE 10 DAYS to resolve the issue, IT’S NOW DAY 11, and I HAVE NOT HEARD A SINGLE WORD from anyone. NO UPDATES, NO EXPLANATION, NOTHING. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK. Based on my experience, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNRELIABLE and their handling of serious issues like this is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.”
