“everything went wrong form the start- wouldn't accept my documents and photo for identity verification. once it did after 8(!) attempts, they limited my account with no explanation. couldnt pay money in or out.when i contacted the customer service they had no idea how to resolve it, kept asking me for photos of my tax bills and bank statements as proof of address. i'm not comfortable sending information like that outside secure channels and asked for alternative way- got no answer.i had to google to learn the revolut card i paid for(!)is a proof of address when used. i ordered it when setting up the account so waited patiently.the day after it arrived revolut notified me that my account was deactivated and i should take all funds from the account by end of the month-because i didnt verify my address! online chat with an agent- took 2hrs to respond(!) and he told me he forwarded the issue to relevant team and ended the chat- never got any response back form anyone. another chat with another agent- same outcome but it took over 24hrs. 2days later i went to use the card in my local supermarket to use the funds from the account (as advised!) and they blocked the card and all transactions. another pointless attempt to resolve the issue with online agent- again a lot of copy and paste answers that didnt relate to my situation and 2 more messages 'we reviewed the circumstances and can no longer provide you with the service'..these were issued after i told them i want them to return my money and i dont want to have anything to do with revolut! another message- we closed your account because there were no funds on it- i had money on the account!yet another clueless agent- 'i have forwarded your issue to relevant team' and disconnected the chat. calling it infuriating is an understatement! it is sickening and criminal. apparently they refunded the money, excluding the cost for the blocked card they sent me (why should i pay for it?!?!), but i have not had any money on my personal account yet. NEVER USE THEM!!”
“keep asking business information like a big brother. Request us to create a website. Then after several weeks asked us to provide details of customer. Then asked us to upload more details in our website. You will never be surprised if they asked any "super detailed" information. They could force you to change a picture in your website. What the hell. Are u a bank or a business supervisor?”
“What happened: 08/06/22 Revolut blocked my account without any explanation. I wait 4 days and I have this response: "Thank you for reaching us out. We can see that the relevant team is still working with this and we are afraid we cannot foresee ANY (!) timeframe for the completion".
To summarize: I opened Revolut account one month ago. I lost 3 729 pounds.
In conclusion: NEVER USE REVOLUT!!!!!!!!”
“Gotten worse and worse, they sent 3 cards, 2 of them to a completely different country to where I am located and wrote down as delivery address, they are unable to take feedback, and the support is garbage, with wait times of sometimes 15 min, even though I have exchanged messages previously with the agent

absolute joke of a company, sent all relevant information for business account. Keep asking the same stupid request for information which has been sent 3 x times. This is direct from companies house you cannot GET more authentic. So why are you are offering business accounts, I put £200.00 in the account, blimey like ninjas taking the £100.00 monthly fee out, customer service I requested a cb 3 x times shock horror radio silence.
Even spent best part of 5 x hours speaking on stupid app chat, only via other card as a business have no access to speak to anyone. So looks like they have taken a quick £100.00 for a metal card with no service. Will now be closing down both accounts with Revolut and continue to use a normal bank...”
“Tried to open an account for currency exchange with going on holiday. The account was immediately deactivated. Trying to contact someone to find out what went wrong is a nightmare. They refer you to the live chat, which if like me the account is deactivate is impossible to do. Numerous emails later I got into live chat through the business section by saying I had forgotten password. They would not say why the account was deactivated and terminated the chat before I had finished. Customer service is appalling and without telephone contact helplines this Bank is not fit for purpose in my opinion. They said initially that it was a systems problem and then someone else said it was a KYC issue. Do they know what they are doing?”

I had purchased the ZMETSL CARD FOR 13.99,just as I found the card attractive to have in my wallet,but every month I was charged 13.99.
IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL,SCAM SCAM .
Then they charged me 28 Euros to cancel the card.
YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR ONE YEAR.
I wrote to there r support email to ask to be reimbursed on several occasions and no reply .
So this is a warning DO NOT USE REVOLUT IT IS A MASSIVE SCAM.
I will continue to warn every user ,Untill I am fully reimbursed from these crooks.

In the end they cannot solve the issue (refund in my case) and send you on a wild goose chase with merchant that you transacted with”
