“Received ribbons in time, all looked great. The "change charge" added $9 to my order. Initially I questioned it because I'd made no changes..... It was explained to me that when they go from one ribbon to the next, there is a charge to change. Hmmmm. I thought that ribbon printing was what the company did, and obviously, ribbons change, so why is the customer charged. It's not the money as much as the principal. Otherwise, staff was friendly and helpful.”

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I’m glad you were pleased with the ribbons and service you received. As for your question about pricing: We applied the 100+ quantity discount price to this order which contained 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and Participant ribbons. This requires us to stop the printing press, change the text, change the ribbon color and proof the three additional versions of your ribbon design. The $9.00 charge covers the additional time and materials required to make these changes. Many people order 100+ ribbons all the same; therefore we do not include the associated cost for color and text changes in our base price.

“My company recently placed our second order with Ribbons Galore and we couldn't be happier. With our first order, there was a slight hiccup with the ribbon design but their customer service was spectacular and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed by our original deadline. This time around, no problems what so ever and the ribbons look fantastic -- the colors are vibrant, the printing crisp, and the cuts perfectly clean. We'll definitely be ordering again!”

“Excellent service. When I had trouble getting the result I wanted on the internet I called and talked to a representative that looked up what I had ordered in the past, listened to what I had in mind this time and within an hour had emailed a sample to me. When I didn't like one of the colors I had selected he happily made a new sample and emailed me that. I was told when the Ribbons would arrive and they came a day early. Great quality from a great company.”
