“The whole order process and customer service with Ribbons Galore was great, the ribbons I received came as pictured and adhered well. However, in late December Ribbons Galore switched to a different adhesive, and when I would get these ribbons from other event goers they would easily fall off without any tape or other support. I hope the company changes their adhesive back before the next time I need to order ribbons.”

“Excellent quality ribbons, shipped quickly. Good design application on the website to create the ribbons, however it will need to be converted from Flash player to some other technology, as most browsers are eliminating Flash support”

“I always have trouble ordering ribbons using your website. I have to call in to get assistance. Your people are always very helpful in that regard. I am extremely satisfied with the product I have ordered from you. Shipping is fast and customer service is top-notch. Ordering is the only drawback, but even that hiccup is smoothed out by your telephone people.👍”

“The ribbons were exactly as ordered. However, there was a typo in the last line of the message. It was wrong in the sample sent to you and it was my mistake. Instead of reading " .... God for your deliverance", It read exactly the way I sent it to you, it was my oversight, and reads "God for you deliverance."”

“For some reason it now takes longer to receive my twice yearly order from Ribbons Galore, than it has over the last 13 years. I suspect a combination of longer fulfillment time in-house and slower UPS Ground service.”

“Ribbons themselves looked great, however they shifted a bit in shipping and have a "lump" halfway down. I am hoping that this will "Hang out" when I go to use them in this next year. Perhaps some type of divider with something on top might hold them in place for their "journey". Thanks for asking! Marti Janney”
