“The ribbons were great and I received them in a timely manner. However, I did not receive any of the freebie ribbons that others have received with their order. I did receive them last year.....”

“Ribbons ok ordering process is really frustrating!! I want to be able to. Add a logo to the button and order it without paying a tremendous amount. Last time i had your customer service rep place the order du to the confusion in the way you have the custom ribbon ordering set up. Charging me extra for changing text??? Didnot change title or anything just wanted placings on the ribbons”

“Delivered the right product in the time frame promised. Was a little disappointed that I could not send an Excel PO (available from our Business Office) via email. Made my life a little more difficult to turn it into a PDF and send it that way. Not a huge inconvenience, but did complicate my day.”

“This is our 4th reorder we love the logoed ribbon we use it for charity baskets and it sets us off from all the other baskets. We ordered a new color red white and blue. It seems thicker not as easy to make bows with. But its beautiful made up. Thank u!!”

“The ribbons looked good. The only thing was at the top on the First Place & Second Place was a smaller font than at the bottom of ribbon, Jefferson County Fair. I did not catch it on the email, but again it was not cought on your end either. Should have been the same size font.”

“They had a quick turn around time for the personalized badge ribbons I ordered. The color was a bit off from what shows up on the website but it was pretty regardless and it worked for what they were being used for. The color is Teal 14 and in real life, it is more on the greener side than on the blue side of the spectrum. Overall very satisfied with our order once again.”

“The program used to create the ribbons is great! Very easy to use and gives a really good example of what the end product will look like. The pricing is excellent as well. My only suggestion is allowing a different color in the "top" round area from the wording on the ribbon itself as complimentary with the cost.”
