“This is the site I decided to use after struggling with other ribbon sites. It is pretty streamline. The final on-screen ribbon image reflects what you will receive if you order ribbons. I love the easy of changing text and art and the drop down menus are user friendly. Also, the ribbon selection is very extensive and will meet almost, if not all, your needs. Two areas where it could be smoother is the clicks to get from your choice to the template. The second area is when you want to select different places/color of your ribbons. I was not sure my choices were being recorded. However, after you left that screen you could see that the choices had been recorded. Maybe a "saved box" could appear as you go from one placing to the next. Finally, they contacted me with a way to reduce my final bill but receive more ribbon placements. I loved it! I saved money and received more product. They email you to let you do a final review/acceptance of the ribbon before it goes into production.”

“My order was completed as ordered and the quality was great. My only issue is the cost of shipping. The package barely weighed a thing but the shipping was astronomical. I ended up having to pay more for expedited shipping, but even the basic cost was a lot. Having said that, I do appreciate the quality of the product which is why I have been a repeat customer.”

“The ribbons were beautiful as usual... however, the strings need to be more consistent. This year, we had a lot of ribbons with strings that were too short to go over our presentation pole. Please fix inconsistency. We prefer Ribbons Galore over any other ribbon mfg.”

“The ribbons came out really good. I should have chose a different color, because the white lettering on the gold material could have been more visable. User error, as it looked good on the screen. I'll have to order darker ribbons next time. Other than my choice of ribbon, it looked good. Shipping was fast and I would definitely use Ribbons Galore again in the future.”

“Ribbons were lovely and came right on time in efficient packaging. The gold lettering was beautiful and wasn’t muted like I’d worried it would be. The only improvement I could suggest would be making the rosettes easier to fasten. Once they’re on there though, they’re not going anywhere!”
